Engagement
01. Service Provision
Levant Metrics Core provides professional access to kpi monitoring tools and custom-engineered enterprise dashboards. These services are delivered as-is, optimized for high-density data visualization and strategic decision-making. We reserve the right to modify technical parameters to maintain system integrity.
Availability Notice
System uptime is targeted at enterprise standards, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated via the administrative console 48 hours in advance.
02. User Conduct
Access is granted solely for internal business intelligence purposes. Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering performance analytics logic or bypassing security layers. Any attempt to extract raw proprietary schema results in immediate revocation of credentials without prior notice.
03. Data Integrity
While our systems aggregate information with precision, the accuracy of output is fundamentally dependent on the quality of input streams provided by the client's localized databases. Levant Metrics Core does not assume liability for business decisions executed based on erroneous client-side data packets.
Intellectual Property Architecture
Proprietary Frameworks
All static dashboard frameworks, custom CSS modules, and underlying KPI algorithms are the exclusive property of Levant Metrics Core. No license for redistribution is implied through standard subscription usage.
Trademark Usage
"Levant Metrics Core" and associated logos are registered trademarks. Use of these marks by external entities requires explicit written consent from our Ankara headquarters.
Source Code Protection
Any attempt to scrape content or access the backend architecture of our performance analytics infrastructure is a violation of international copyright law.
Liability & Governance
To maintain operational clarity, we define the limits of our financial and legal responsibility. These boundaries ensure stable service delivery for all enterprise clients.
Service Limitations

Liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service in the month preceding the claim.

Termination Clauses

Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from the use of Levant Metrics Core systems shall be resolved within the courts of Ankara.
